Fully automated control - from computerised materials purchasing and stock monitoring to CNC engineering - enables Norris Springs to manufacture to stringent specifications cost effectively.

Quality control is monitored through a rigourous inspection procedure which utilises specialised electronic measuring and load testing equipment. Our systems are capable of testing springs to tolerances more stringent than British Standards, and producing detailed logs which are made available to the customer.
